So how is it going? And how is the current business being affected?
Once the status reports, risk/issue logs and traffic light summaries have been reviewed, here are five questions that your CEO should be asking:
- how are we mitigating the impact of competitive attacks on our customers and employees?
- how are cost reductions being delivered without impacting short term service levels or the overall business strategy?
- how are the integration biases of our business units, product teams and technology groups being balanced to maximise profitability in line with our customers' needs?
- how is the dialogue with our customers and employees ensuring (a) that everyone knows what is happening, when and why, and (b) that their issues are being captured and resolved?
- how is the integration impacting our base revenue and growth targets?
